The purpose of the Trainings (theoretical and practical) and Operators Competency Analysis is:

The Theoretical Trainings can be developed in person at the Mining Company or a hall of events and the Practical Training (in the Field) at the operator's workplace, with the purpose of not losing operational time and not altering the shift systems. The Service includes generating a technical report regarding the level of professional competence of the work team, among other specific requirements that request to MetalProcess Consulting the Mining Company, according to their real needs.
Practical Training in Sampling and Preparation of Samples in Plant
The Practical Training in Sampling includes the methodology to collect the composites or specific samples of solids, pulps or liquids from the processing plants: belt systems, mailboxes, drawers, chutes, swimming pools, stockpiles, etc. The preparation of samples includes reduction and homogenization (role-cracking, riffle, carousel, etc. and spraying (with screening) to obtain sample and control for chemical analysis.
Preparation or Review of Operation Manuals
The advice of MetalProcess Consulting includes the elaboration or revision of the operating and control philosophies and the operating manuals of the equipment or processes that make up the start-up system.
